So how does one drop out? Isn't it that a legal custodian/parent supposed to go to the school and ask for the proper papework for a child's transfer elsewhere? This is a lesson to all parents who don't like talking about this topic of writing a will. It doesn't matter how little you have please secure ur kids life. I work soo hard here in UK 🇬🇧 and spend the little time i have with my children and I can't imagine anyone from my family taking all that i have been saving and living my children with nothing. I work this hard for my children not for people who only check on me when they want something. Come on parents open your eyes and have this talk with ur wife,husband,lawyer and ur children...... how do someone take everything and live the kids with nothing or food?????? Very upsetting 😭😭😭there should be a law to secure kids lives. Hiii hata school she have not been going. They will pay that money in one way and bet it won't be a good one coz God above is watching every move

Absolutely and keep them here in the 🇬🇧. If you have to add where you want to be buried in case they come demanding your body and next the vultures will use the certificate to take your children’s’ inheritance. As we say in 🇬🇧 Where there is a will, there is war.

I’m from Zimbabwe my husband died and left me with two kids very young 7 and 3 and my father in law and my husband brother wanted to take everything from me including the kids but thank God my husband boss asked everyone at work to write wills for their families and it served me in court and we’re barred from coming to me and my kids people should write wills before they die with our cultures they are very greedy people when death comes 😰God bless you two don’t give up that’s your dads fortunes

Not imposing my beliefs on anyone, just sharing my thoughts below.... * Kenyans!!!! Write a will please. Even leave a video showing u r of sound mind when u do it. * If they can sell that house they should.... Or at least sell that range rover. That should take them to an 844private school for yrs. * Drain that pool. U don't need the upkeep expenses. * Become an air b n b. * If selling isnt an option then Rent out the home n live elsewhere if u can. * Don't wait on the extended family anymore. It seems all they will give is ulcers, not a way out.

@Truth Meter disabilities can be in many forms; seen and unseen. These kids are mentally unstable. They need help that'll jumpstart and push them out of this situation to move on. Just because I made it through in life as an orphan does not mean everyone can. We're wired differently. Help if you can or just be kind. It goes a long way than being insensitive. I was ones their at a very tender age so I know the feeling.

One. These kids are brainy. Very. Two. Eugene will never back down or help them. Three. Expecting this will brew frustration, anger resentment and bitterness. Four. The best way out is to use your dad's networks to get help, to go through school and make a living independent of Eugene. Try to contact kijana's former loyal associates. Five. That house is a damn asset. Even without papers or letters of administration. Partition about 70% of it and rent it out at 300k a month. If possible move to the servant quarters. Am sure its a two or three bedroom detached space. That 300k a month will give you mobility, control, access to a lawyer, and most importantly, you'll not be at anyone's mercy.

Clifford Kimani; the kids are still in school or supposedly supposed to be in school in Australia not Kenya. 300k kenya money is a drop in the ocean for the kind of lifestyle these kids are used to. I think there is money somewhere that the kids can utilize without selling that house. You just don’t sell things because someone died.

@@divadiva684 the interview is happening at a 50 million residence of Kijana at the heart of Karen. So the kids are indeed in Kenya, not Australia. The Australia story was a hoax to get Chichi to drop out of a local expensive international school. The suit outcome will guide (give precedence ) on how Kijana's 400 acres in transzoia, 3.8 acres in milimani kitale, 3.3 acres kitale, Apartments in Mbagathi road, among others will be shared. Also note that the listed heirs of the estate are: Michelle, Derek, Muthoni, Jacob Jabali, William Samuel Wamalwa and William Wamalwa. Wamalwa's children from 5 different women. Eugene is not on the list and he has to contest his inheritance as well. Yvonne (last wife) was also trying to inherit this Karen house alone, and disinherit the other kids... hence the injunctions. Very complex case.

You chichi go to public school in Kenya. Do not be out of school. There are good public schools in kenya. You can get HELB in public Universities in Kenya. Get your education. At the end of it all what employers will look for is your skills and education. Court cases can take years. You can rent that big house and move to a 2 bedroom apartment.

Well said. Wamalwa Kijana was always in and out of bankruptcy. This kids need to learn how to work and live a simple life. May be after all the liabilities are deducted from the assets they will be left with very little. Do not forget lawyers are not cheap.

I believe there's more to this story than meets the eye and the ear! If I read correctly, there was a last wife..Muthoni?...who tried to a first one on the properties...but Wamalwa being a father of many that would not go unchallenged... This business ya many many women..has always been a thorn in any family...from Abraham, his grandson Jacob etc... It is enough problem when you perish with only one woman...can you imagine the fire that errupts when you got like 100+ eyez gazing on your estate? Let's learn to dance within a yard only...

Wamalwa was a very generous man. He took care of many children and paid school feel for so many people who by now are out there making lives for themselves. Where are all these benefactors of his to give back to his kids? This is total shame, and that idiot Eugene needs to back off if he can not assist his own family.

These Kijana Wamalwa children are supposed to be in school as they say. They are entitled to their share as his children. If the Government has not released any of his money due to court cases, with all fairness do what their father or any parent would have done. Use Wamalwa's money to pay school and the rest of the issues later. Wamalwa would not let his children stay home without going to school. Oh no, with all that English? Where are you friends and relatives who spoke too much during his funeral? For the other Wamalwa children, this son you claim is not your father's. Your father took him in as his son when he married his mother and became his. He does not have to be biological (silazima) to be his son. You should have talked this to your father not the boy. Thanks God he is there, his sister has a true brother who is there in all situations.

No. They don't stay in Karen. They stay in Runda. If coming from Kiambu road. Just after ridgways mall, few meter ahead, left turn into ndio njia ya kuingia runda. Ukishaingia kuna barrier, just ask those guys njia ya kwenda Runda police station ama Cheleta primary school. Just before ufike police station on your left hand. Kina boma utaona fence yake ni maua that you can see through . Gate yao ni ya black. Ukiwa tu hapo ukiulizia tu kwa kijana wamalwa ni wapi. Utaonyesha coz.
