I don't know who it was but whoever at DICE added more audio effects to roadkills and cranked the volume on them that person should get a raise or something. It really adds to the replayability of a game when you get audio for actions like that. Kind of like the over the top takedown audio from Hardline, I still wonder how they created those bat impact sounds. The passive spotting shown in the video is referring to passive/reticle/nametag spotting where an enemy player is basically spotted for you if your reticle gets near them and they are within a certain distance.
They really need to either drop the disabling mechanic or make it balanced between ground and air because you don't lose speed or mobility when disabled in an aircraft but as you can see in the video you lose one percent of health on your vehicle and you're basically stuck. Personally I'd rather they balance it since it would be hilarious seeing aircraft players wreck when they try to handle getting disabled like it worked in BF4 where you'd basically get sent into an unrecoverable dive if you tried anything other than hovering.
Two things to note the double hitmarker bug has been in since before the game launched, it's one hitmarker in the normal placement and the other is where your soldier/character got into the vehicle. The fact that it does this raises a bunch of flags regarding how certain things function. The other thing is nearby explosives still heavily affect control or handling of the vehicle, like you lose all control and sometimes rubber band backwards, it feels like bullet tagging but for vehicles. Not really a balanced or fair game mechanic and a bit absurd considering the lack of windows on the LATV.
