It’s a new game, I can think of very few franchises that use old themes in the trailers, plus, 2WEI’s cover of Mötley Crüe was a pleasant surprise, we’ll have to see what the theme is closer to release, but in the actual trailer if you listen closely, you can hear a snippet of the new one

Unfortunately unless we get new advancements that make armor extremely viable again, infantry will remain the backbone of the army due to their versatility, and drones will continue to exist too so theres that.

This made me cry man... 26 damn years old and I’m crying because I simply have never had an experience like I did in my life in 2011 :(...... I played soooooooo much bf3... I lost friends over never wanting to play anything else. The sounds turn my body in man :(.. 2042 is my last shot at BF cause the last 3 games have been anything but what battlefield is suppose to be. Honorable mentions to 1 for the atmosphere and keeping up the legendary themes and other shit like battlefield experience through noises and environment but it was EA battle field not DICE battlefield. 1 and 5 felt like battlefront battlefield. Luckily it seems like DICE has realize that shit is trash and they should go back to their roots. (1942 - 4)
