That's the sound of an M2 .50 being racked. It shouldn't be heard at all, as that is an M240. Also, you can't rack a coaxial .50 from inside the tank.

I have some corrections to make. It’s the sound of the 240 being racked after jamming from heat. You can recycle the action from inside the tank. However my second comment about the .50 is accurate. Once you’re out you’re out till you have time to change it out of combat.

Battlefield makes the best tank campaigns. Last Tiger was probably the only good campaign on Battlefield V though sadly :/
