EA asked us to create a TV commercial for Battlefield 3 so we teamed up with Sam and Niko from / corridordigital and made a commercial in 10 days! We finally got to do practical explosions and even got a real tank!
For the concept, we took the skid-steer loader from the Back to Karkand expansion pack and made it deadly, utilizing online battle tactics that many of you should know and love.

BF3 was my favorite game to play online, hands down. I don't play online pvp all that often and just couldn't get into COD. But BF3 I was hooked from the start. I miss those days...

On Wake Island 2014, it is found at the Airfield, near the main building. On Sharqi Peninsula and Gulf of Oman, it is found at their respective Construction Sites.

I fucking *love* this commercial they made. The minidozer, the C4, the button mashing. It's memorable, it's funny and it brings a sense of teamwork hype. God DAMN.

In their behind the scenes video for this, and in a couple other videos, they mention things about Hollywood production and how things take a super long time and there's a bunch of sitting around involved due to things like getting permission from various people for like everything. VGHS was filmed on a fraction of the budget of most other Hollywood productions, in less time, and with better VFX. I'd say leave these guys to their awesome youtube work.
