Hey guys, So today i played Battlefield V. Growing up as a kid i really enjoyed this game series a lot. This was suprisingly my first time playing the Battlefield. Lack of updates, lack of focus, lack of content, and too much change really ruined this game for me. Im sad to see it end like that but ill always have a special place for this game somewhere in my life. Also forgot to mention the Developers abandoned Firestorm the battle royale game mode in battlefield lol.

The only Battlefield that didn’t deserve to be abandoned was Battlefield 3, man in my opinion that’s the best Battlefield of all the saga, the TTK and Netcode was perfect in my opinion and it multiplayer is very cool playing it in any platform, i miss the campaign it feels very relatable with the conflicts in Middle East right now and such a good story, the same with the Co-op mode when it was funny

Battlefield 2 is nice for its age but battlefield 3 is revolutionary, the graphics and animation was ahead of its time, the contents are engaging, the game that make bf famous for its large scale battle. 64 simutaneous player at its time is pretty unbelievable especially that it can run smoothly on consoles

Battlefield 4 is basically better. No Blast USAS-12. Balanced lock on missiles. Huge customization. Epic explosion moments. And better graphics. You all are clouded by the nostalgia fog.

How can you say that battlefield is “the same game with a new name” every battlefield game is different in some major way whether it’s the mechanics, the graphics or the content. I don’t know how you could compare battlefield games to something like fifa which truly is the same every year. I do agree that battlefield 5 has strayed from its roots and is more of a cash grab this is evident with the battle royale and so on but to label all of the newer games as cash grabs is not fair. If you played war thunder, it takes 5 mins for you to fly in a normal speed of 300 km/h and even if you can fly at a normal speed in battlefield, there is a high chance that you’ll get spawn killed at the start. Like in this video when he got unto an attack plane or something for the first time.

At least Hell Let Loose and Post Scriptum,Red Orchestra,Rising Storm and Rising Storm Vietnam + The Talvisota Mod are better pc FPS war games in my opinion if you want to have a feel of Realism,if you want a More Realistic Mil-sim the ARMA series is your best bet

I will talk in their favour here. When you make a good game the difficult part lies to make an ever better one next time. Bf1 was hard to top the same way bf3 was. Thats why BF4 and BF5 were lacklustre

what I don't like about this game is the camper snipers, the bombing of the planes, the Tanks, the blocked weapons, it's a messy game where you get screwed up by everything

I was a former pro BF3 player back then (4.0 KD more like 6-7 but I joked around and went for challenges on my main account, 100 MVP medals, 100 Assault Service Stars, multiple ladder championships. Etc.) and I gave up on the series after 4. They've made the game too cinematic, heavily limited weapon customization, and overall feels like they punish good players 2 on 1 gun fights are near impossible now. I've also come to realize I have a color blindness so It's near impossible for me to play on the new Japanese BFV maps. But I digress the cinematic style is what killed the game. It get boring and your average consumer moves on. It's the competitive players and community that keeps the game alive and apparently the forgot that as there is zero competitive support.

Marino Duplancic the only good call of duty since black ops 2 is the one that dropped this year.... like 7-8 years later. That whole time battlefield was still killing it. Don’t ever get in confused battlefield > COD

Is it weird that I'm still playing Battlefield 2? The fact that the game have instant action and you can mess how much bot you wanted in the game is so much fun when there's no friends that want to play together.
