The first clip is what Dice call harrassement, but only when it's a dev you get that but don't give a shit when it's a player/content creator from their community, because "they are client like others, so why should i ban those guys?", cheaters are not getting ban and streamhacker + harrasement is allowed as long as you dont do that to Devs
