Season 2 Episode 1 Sneak Peek - GONE BUT NOT FORGOTTEN - Kate's friends and family hold on to hope that Kate may still be found, a homeless 25-year-old named Ryan Wilder (Javicia Leslie) stumbles upon Kate's Batsuit. Focused on no longer being a victim, Ryan takes the suit to use as armor and goes rogue in the streets of Gotham, taking out various members of a new gang called the False Face Society. Meanwhile, both Jacob Kane (Dougray Scott) and Luke Fox (Camrus Johnson) launch searches for Kate, Mary Hamilton (Nicole Kang) grapples with losing yet another family member, Sophie Moore (Meagan Tandy) struggles with things left unsaid to her first love, and Alice (Rachel Skarsten) is furious that someone got to Kate before she could exact her revenge. At the same time, “Bruce Wayne” (guest star Warren Christie) returns under the pretense of searching for Kate, but the truth is he wants his suit back and it becomes the clash of imposters as “Batwoman” and “Bruce” square off in the action-packed season premiere. I'm pretty happy with what I have seen from Javicia Leslie. I'm still a little wary of how all the character dynamics will work with a character completely disconnected from the other characters, but I'll give it a shot.

A whole scene went by where she didn't mention her sexuality.. I'm liking her already more than Kate Kane. Btw, totally in support of LGBTQ+ characters, I just don't think the audience needs to be reminded in every single scene.

I've been watching all that episodes on CW and if I do miss an episode I go to the free CW have him look at it but I know that but nothing beats watching that lie but I sure things to see the CW have it back on even all what's going on you're watching this ship but a great show it is and I enjoy watching it and I hope you enjoy it as well

Personally so far I'm more interested in Kate's disappearance. I do hope they turn that into a satisfying mystery during the course of the season. This new Batwoman still needs to prove herself so we'll see where it goes. The fact that they ruined a lot of potentially great storylines by not recasting Kate certainly puts the odds against Javicia.

I am very interested to see how this Sista does as Batwoman moving forward,cause I was already a fan from seeing her on The Family Business,so to me she is a great actress already and is good at action roles.Also being trained in martial arts makes her believable as someone that can go toe to toe with the villains coming up on this second season.She already totally destroyed literally the first villain she came across.Interesting to see what happens from here.

For me it was good. We need to remember it's designed as no more than 13 eps, so they don't have tons of episodes where everything has the time to be explained. Episode had 4 main stories to cover, grieving by every one, Alice, Ryan and the guy who was imitating Batman, Tommy Elliot and let's not forget, introducing new story lines again. As Lucius said, without the bat suit there was no chance of Kate surviving, so whether we like it or not, we have Ryan as the new Batman. I'm quite sure that the retired Bruce Wayne has hidden cameras and mikes all through his building checking on who ever takes over his role in Gotham. He'd be stupid not to, you think Batman simply relies on snitches and informants? Seriously, I'd give the show another 3 episodes to make your judgment, so we can see how it all comes together .... you can't make an omelette without breaking a few eggs and you can't exactly have a winning series without having a few lousy episodes. So please look at the cumulative effect before pre-judging the show

She seems like a pretty interesting character. Sometimes the dialogue is too on the nose... like you wouldn’t notice all the social themes unless they spelled out to you, but I’m exited for the season. The trailer was great. A part of me will always miss Kate and imagine the storylines that were abandoned, but the new direction they’re going seems nice

I feel like they are going the Robert Pattinson Batman route with her...she has been beaten down by life and now she stands for vengeance and she is brutal but will come to realize she should stand for Justice and become a hero and Alice will be her Joker.
