Everyone on the chain of Baxter's rescue is a HERO. Kelsey, who stopped on the road saved his life, the NOCO people and surgeon saved his life, his foster (fail ❤) mom and dad saved his life. He's so precious and has the best life ever now. Thank you! ❤😊❤

Yay! ❤ What a special little cat. After rescuing the kitten and watching it go through what it did was heartbreaking, but seeing it progress and be fully healthy was the joyful time. No way could they have let anyone else adopt that little cat. They did what I would have done

Nothing better than a happy ending, just nothing! I love that ladies husband, she is a lucky woman but they both lucked out when they adopted Baxter. He is such a keeper!

Thank God she took Baxter to NOCO and thank heavens that DR. GAIL was there to care and operate on him! Thank You KELSEY for being so kind and saving little Baxter ! You are a wonderful young lady! Thanks also to June and her husband for taking Baxter in as your new " baby!" This video brought tears to my wifes eyes :)

The vet reminds me of Dr Jeff on Rocky Mountain Vet, I think it is, on Animal Planet. A person with years of experience of rolling with the punches and finding solutions 😊

Hi Joe, all animals that come to us as strays are put on a five day holding period, allowing owners time to find their pet's photo on our website and reclaim. After those five days, Baxter officially belonged to us. Great question! Side note: during the five day holding period, Dr. Gail prescribed him pain medication and provided palliative care since we could not proceed with surgery until he was officially ours.
