Refurbishment of the flybridge on a Bayliner 3288 Motor Yacht during winter 22/23. Its a well known problem that the original bases and sofas on the flybridge was not in the best build quality. in this particular case bases and seats was pretty rotten after 30 years as is evident in the video. The process involved building new bases in GRP (with froam core), spraypainting and building new seats and backs. We chose to use the original form-factor, but did make the port side sofa a bit deeper as the original was to narrow for comfort. We chose to use Spradling Silvertex 4010 a combined fabric/vinyl for the backs and seats. GRP-work done by Jakob Jensens Baadevaerft.
