Her moveset is more playful than ever before and I love it. That little dance step animation after combos is just *chef kiss*

I love how they added so much life to the Colour My World battle style. The little dances and poses after combos are so much nicer than the usual return to battle stance from 1 and 2. Went through my first playthrough using these guns only. They were just too mesmerizing not to use.

I always loved when characters dance while they fight, and they just made my favorite videogame character do it, am I in heaven?

Platinum seriously outdid themselves with the animations in Bayonetta 3 - especially when you take a look at how unique and playful all of the 'return to idle' animations are for every weapon. Kinda insane that they did that considering you'll be canceling out of them in regular gameplay... which makes me all the more grateful that you're still doing this awesome series.

Her fighting style really does look like dancing.

colour my world choreography doesn't dissapoint in giving the Bayonetta style we always expect to see

Colour my world has it own weaknesses and strengths compared to Scarborough Fair/Love is Blue. Color my World has slower finishers and the mobility is not as good as with the original guns, but CMW has Demon Masquerade, which is a huge point for them. Colour my World has a Hitscan charged projectile with Y, that makes the attack easier to land than with SF/LIB, so against faster enemies is a better option. The biggest strength of the old Pistols is that Wicked Weaves are easier to pull off, but again, there's no Demon Masquerade. It really depends on your preferred Playstyle, they're both pretty good all rounder weapons.

Thanks for this, the majority uf us mortals can't fully appreciate this beautiful animations while kicking homunculi ass, every move looks so graceful from the first frame to the last, you really deserve more subscribers, keep up the good work!

I'm not sure if this has been addressed in the comment, but her circle + shoot combo at 6:43 actually homes in on the nearest enemy. In this video it's shown that she fires her guns at random directions, but if there's an enemy, she'll focus fire on that enemy, and the shots are powerful enough to launch smaller enemies.

Just realized I never reviewed this moveset! It's one I have very mixed feelings on. The implementation of Demon Masquerade definitely detracts from the moveset, especially when being used as Handguns, and means that a lot of the moves lack the stall potential that Scarborough Fair and Love is Blue have. In terms of actual choreography, it kind of enhances an issue that was present in the Love is Blue moveset, that being a lack of uniformity to the attacks themselves. I *am* fond of the more playful fighting style, but it doesn't really feel like a cohesive dance, but just a bunch of random dance moves slapped together. I love every move individually, but half of them feel like they belong to entirely different combo strings.
