She does but it fluctuates at times? For the enochian invocations she sometimes pronounces them with an american accent when enochian a lot of the times sounds like some form of spanish when you read/pronounce it. Taylor did that and had like this sharp and comanding shout with the invocations that Hale sometimes doesn't quite get to. It's a personal preference but it doesn't carry the same weight it used to for me. Not that it's a bad performance from Hale's part by any means.

Yea, I loved when Bayonetta said “let’s dance,” and it just doesn’t feel the same anymore. I love Hale’s take on the character and it does really sounds like a magical overly sexualized witch, but I’m just used to Taylor’s voice and Hale just doesn’t sound like “Bayonetta.” I really wish Taylor wasn’t selfish and could’ve voiced her in this game.

@@octogigas I’m not sure you know the whole story. She got offered 15 grand for the whole game, which was more than the two previous games combined. She was then offered a small cameo role for 4 grand, refused, then lied about it online saying that the 4 grand was for the whole game, and then tried to get people to boycott it saying it was unjust. (I’ll have to re look at the story but I’m fairly sure it was 15 grand. I do know for certain that the 4k for the cameo was final, and that she did lie about it. She later confessed on Twitter unapologetically, confirming this.)

If I’m being honest with you, I prefer Helena Taylor because it’s easy for her to tap in with her natural British accent. Although, I don’t think Hale did a bad job at all. I only wish that in future games (fingers crossed) she can do bayonetta’s voice a bit lower and raspier. And it also would be nice if she could practise making her british accent sound a bit more normal because sometimes you can hear her normal accent, making the British accent sound a little forced. Or else, I love Hale and can see her capable of improving in future for sure.

exactly what I was thinking. most of these lines sound good when you can hear them so clearly. even the battle grunts, which I wasn't a fan of in-game because they're so hard to differentiate between pained grunts and cries, convey effort and passion. but GOD does the sound mixing in this game not do Hale any favors.

@@Aaron-hv4hr She has the essence or attitude down for sure. It's a good Bayo performance but it is noticesable that it's not the right voice. She also sounds less comanding, if that makes sense.

Her voice has no personality? What are you on about? Someone getting tons of jobs voicing different characters should be an indication of the amazing talent they have. Saying she gets those jobs cause her voice has no personality is honestly disrespectful to her. Plus, her Bayo doesn't seem fake (at least to me and I'm sure to many others as well). She actually does a great job portraying the character. However, there's still obviously some room for improvement, especially, I'd say, nailing the British accent a bit more cause in SOME scenes it wasn't as noticeable, and well Bayo is supposed to have a very strong British accent.

Let's hear you try to mimic Bayonetta's voice then. You clearly underestimate Jennifer's skills. And also did u know Hellena Taylor's fame only came from Bayonetta? Besides it's not Jennifer's fault she doesn't have the same tone and quality as Hellena's. Besides she did a wonderful and majestic voice for our beloved Cerezita
