I still think the first one was the best. 2 and 3 were just not as good. On top of that, 2 and 3 were saddled with Switch's graphics, making 1 look so much better...and that was on PS3.

Such a creative reimagining of a timeless classic. The way it sounds so incredibly different from the source, and yet stays so true to it. It's still classy, elegant and romantic, but is also energetic, and has a pint of sexyness compared to the classic. It all fits Bayonetta's character so, so perfectly, but still holds up on its own.

The first person to sing it on record was Kaye Ballard. Then came Frank's cover which was released in 1964. Due to popularity, the song was renamed to Fly Me to the Moon.

I love that the context of this song switches when you learn Rosa sang this to Cereza as a child. The original feelings of the song hit more at a romantic level, but thinking about how Rosa sings this, it's a mother singing about her daughter as the light of her life.
