FILM DESCRIPTION:
When a dangerous crime wave hits the beach, the legendary Mitch Buchannon leads his elite squad of lifeguards on a mission to prove that you don't have to wear a badge to save the bay. Joined by a trio of hotshot recruits, including former Olympian Matt Brody, they ditch the surf and go deep under cover to take down a ruthless businesswoman whose devious plans threaten the future of the bay.

The rocks is defo on roids. Compare him to when he was a wrestler compared to now and remember he’s now 48. There’s no way on earth he’s natural. But I don’t blame him. It’s kinda literally his job to be big and buff and steroids can be quite safe if you know what your doing.

exactly. also if you do start going to the gym to get fit or have abs dont do tons of cardio. abs are muscles and the only way for them to show is to have a lot of it with a low BMI around 10%. Once you get enough muscle then you can do lots of jogging mixed in with weightlifting. the diet should be a good amount of protein with healthy carbs and fats.

@@danielreed3718 Right on the mark...least the smart jocks, but yeah TON of learning involved in getting in any sort of shape...for example a good bit of that first course he did involves not just upper body (which course he shows off) but a lot of grip strength which is often overlooked in some workouts, or at least not focused on.

I would argue that being a lifeguard is a section of the military just under the Coast Guard (in a simple definition). Because it's not just about saving lives that are surfing, but also catching thieves and ensuring the protection of the beaches that include drug cartels

I know. That was the part where - as much as this movie was asking us to suspend our disbelief - I just kicked it in the nuts and said, "Come on! A guy with Zac's build and weight would not tap out on the pullups so easily!" He would have won that round. It was sooooo fake how he just fell off the bar. From HERE we could see him easily whisking through 50 without blinking.
