I think this programme is a wonderful use of TV space as it educates and alerts people especially vulnerable and elderly folk on bad companies and con men, I love it!!

Saw this guy at a theatre one night. I didn't realise it was him until 5 minutes later. Not that I'd go and talk to him or anything weird. One of my favourite TV shows. Love it. Wish they'd bring it back.

Good programme to make people aware of what’s happening inside these businesses. Disgusting people in the business who take advantage of vulnerable people shows how greedy for money you can become. We need more programmes like this please to expose these people.

We needed some new windows for our house so called a company who sent a rep. Now, first off, i don't suffer fools. Guy came round, i invited him in and the first thing he said to me and my wife was 'could you please take a seat'. To which i replied something along the lines of 'this is my house do not tell me to sit down in it'. And with that i could actually visibly see him deflate, it was a picture and i'd already made my mind up i wouldn't take his windows if they were for free. Gave me a ridiculous price, and said 'i'll call my manager', yes, he actually said it. 30 seconds later he was walking down my garden path.

I used to know a manager of a Staybrite Double glazing local shop...he used to buy cocaine for his salesmen and give it out in Friday meetings...he said, it makes them talk for hours, customers get fed up & sign to get rid of them and I make 20 times the amount in sales that it cost me...this went on for at least two years that I know of...

The yes or no is a sales short angle. They put you in a position where you have to answer that question. Then they do it again, and again. The more yesses they get the closer they get to a sale untill it becomes difficult for you to say no. Typical sales techniques. Anyone doing that, cut them off and show them the door...before it's too late.

There are regulations in which alarms are installed maintained and monitored sales men have to actually design a systems installation no matter if it is a house or an industrial building, just flogging a cheap nasty alarm and sticking detectors anywhere is completely non complaint and if its monitored its also illegal
