A lot of channels with similar content work in this way, promoting each other not just for financial reasons, but to get more people interested in the respective contents. I enjoy watching this channel but sometimes it seems to be directed at people with shorter attention spans. I'm not sure if it's just how things are done in Britain vs U.S.A. however Vsauce seems to be directed at a crowd whom are a little sharper. Don't get me wrong, this channel is great with cute visuals and so on but Vsauce is awesome. :-)

I suppose it's just a difference in what they're trying to accomplish. Head-Squeeze does short videos answering a single question whereas Vsauce takes a vaguer question or idea and then attacks it from a few different angles. I much prefer Vsauce but Head-Squeeze is a great channel and Mr. May is doing very well at it I think. As for the visuals, if you watch any BBC information program you'll see it's sort of the house-style [easy to quickly animate and gets the job done!].

Jamie Carroll I agree. Head Squeeze seems to answer the questions that you've always thought about but never learned the answer whereas VSauce often takes a more theoretical (perhaps even philosophical) subject.

this is my first Headsqueeze vid (longtime VSauce fan) James, you are a very intelligent man but may I humbly suggest that the reason Michael has so many more subs is because of his delivery. I can't look away from VSauce vids but with James I found myself browsing the related column and missing half of what he was saying, it feels like he's teaching a class

I'm pretty sure glue works through expansion in the material's imperfections such as wood glue expanding in the pores of the wood to give a tight grip. We can see this through material being ripped off if the glue is torn off rather than having a solution to take away what's on the surface.
