I'm from Brazil. For me, meditation is essential because I've kept focused on my goals and tasks. I feel very well every day and delighted. Such an interesting topic. Self help is everywhere in fact. I am agree with that. Self help is what we need the most. We always want to be better and self improvement happens. I haven't read a lot of books about self help but I think it would be great for us to read in some point. But otherwise I think those books doesn't help people at all. I always look at what authors could achieve in their lives and why they wrote that book. I think that question is important to ask myself before to start reading in the beginning of the process. Thanks BBC🙌
