If you’ll allow my dramatics, this made me cry. I went out of my way to see Dua in a small theatre in Atlanta opening up for Troye, and I was one of the few people there to see her-let alone to scream out Be The One lyrics. I’m so happy to see her achieve her wildest dreams of headlining Glastonbury. So beautiful to witness this moment

I also discovered her when she was opening for Troye Sivan! And now she's way bigger than him ❤️ you could just tell she was going places, and still she had a very grounded presence, someone who's not afraid to stand up for what she thinks is right :)

They are both great artists (I like Dua’s music better, but I love Troye Sivan and his unapologetic queerness too). She’s become a great artist. In the early days of stardom, she had absolutely no stage presence despite her powerful voice, but she took all the understandable (if mean) criticisms to heart without getting offended and used them to deeply improve her dancing and stage presence, and she is now on par with the Kylie Minogue(s) and Britney Spears(es) of the world in her quality of live performances. She is serving all us gays what we want and need. Happy Pride Month!

@@matthewmcree1992her choreographer and dance director is the inimitable Charm LaDonna. She was enlisted around the time Future Nostalgia was launching to choreograph and direct and she is solely responsible for helping Dua to change her stage presence. She's choreographed for so many of the greats and she's worth finding and following.

agree totally. After a lot of criticism about her dancing, I'd have hidden in the corner and cried. But she took that criticism and ran with it and worked really hard on her dancing and endurance and look where she is now. True icon.

There's still a shyness to her, not when she's performing, but in some interviews she's done. In some interviews, she's totally confident and outspoken, but in some, she seems more reserved and awkward. Makes her more human.

Glastonbury Festival is exclusively private school (and Mi7) performers and attendees. This '666' Nazi-culture, that is all about hatred towards nature, animals and people 'under the hat' across all genres of music is completely unacceptable. That I am paying the BBC around £90 / year (£3.7 billion collectively) which is collected by law from the taxpayer before the TV Licence fee, and not able to watch this awful festival is also unacceptable (just clips on KZfaq). (Music is a gift to all of us before it is sabotaged by these Nazi-aligned people). Those on low incomes or who are vulnerable people are left with nothing to watch on BBC as they can't afford the Licence.

So much respect for an artist whose growth we can see before our eyes. She really worked hard to get better at her craft. She is a so much better singer, dancer, and performer now than when I first saw her live in 2018. See what can be achieved when one doesn’t compete senselessly with her peers using capitalist tactics but instead working hard to truly improve herself and hone her talent in service of her fans. She doesn’t need to saturate the media with details of her personal life and let the art speak for itself. I am beyond emotional seeing how far she’s come. So excited to see her on tour this year.

You obviously don’t know much about high production live performances. You literally have to have a backing track & additional Harmonies at all times with the band. You can quite literally hear her voice sounding raw & live during the entire thing.

I was watching the live stream from Dallas, Texas. It was amazing!!! I remember seeing her when she performed here at the American Airlines Center. She absolutely got the crowd into the show. She is a spectacular woman and a sensational artist! ❤

Because of this song I have been following her since 2016. In 2017, saw her on a really small stage at Bonnaroo. She was also there in 2018, but was on the main stage and has only blown up from there. To see her perform this at Glastonbury must have been amazing!

Well, she’s definitely sang with a track, but it was beneath her voice, just to cover her. This just sounds like auto correct, and some lines sound doubled. Whether background singers, or they use her vocals; there are other vocals happening when she sings.

@@joward6420 Correct. I just don’t understand what everyone is hyped about. I’ve liked some of her songs, but this is not a good song. Her vocals have so many additional voices going, but she sang the part at the end without the effect, or background singers, whatever they’re doing for those 5 or 6 vocals in harmony, under her voice. She sings fine. It’s just an effect, and it’s kinda cool. I guess her live stuff, just isn’t for me. Cool to get to check these out, from the festival.

Maybe the finest version of this song, at least up there with her mind blowing version she sang at the One+One Festival. Had such a great time watching the livestream last night. It's one of Dua's finest performances, all killer, no filler and she put out some smokey deep and edgy vocals. Lots of highlights in this show. Best versions of "These Walls" (outstanding vocals!!! made me cry like a baby haha) "Happy For You" and a dynamite finale with Don't Start Now and Houdini. There's only one way to make a Dua Lipa show better. Make it longer, I'm such a greedy bastard, still dreaming of and hoping for Dua adding a little acoustic set to her shows, playing stripped down versions of treasures like "Thinking About You", "Begging", "Homesick", "Fever", "Genesis", "One Day" and /or bringing back some fan favorites like "Hotter Than Hell" and "Blow Your Mind", but I guess she performed them so much, she's probably tired of singing it. En el 2017 me despidieron de mi trabajo....Recuerdo que puse muchas cosas de mi vida en orden y pues en lo que buscaba trabajo tenia mas tiempo para escuchar musica y luego de varios meses de tener tiempo libre me tope con esta cancion y conoci a Dua....Se convirtio en mi nueva favorita, pues tengo 42 años osea saben que creci escuchando a Britney, Avril, Christina, etc y despues de que estas grandes artistas no sacaran nada en algun tiempo senti que Dua haria renacer el Pop y asi fue es de las mejores de estos tiempos sin equivocarme....Vamos Dua....🎉

Bcoz USA never has support Dua. She is to underrated in USA so sad. Never a n1 even with her best giant songs like Levitating and Don't start now. Even her first album that is so good and is charting in 2024 in UK is unknow in USA. People in USA mock her and always criticed her for everything so bad. USA is obsessed only with their own popstars: swift ( the insanity of USA with swift is a studio case, maybe bcoz she has the perfect image of the american girl next door ), yonce, grande, ellish and don't pay attention to other popstars of the world ( like Kilye ). So good Dua has the support of other parts of the world like Europe or Latin America where she is very popular.

Was watching random Glastonbury videos back in 2017 when I stumbled on this song and Dua. Immediately recognized she was gonna be huge and been following her ever since. Amazing seeing the same energy and excitement from her at the festival again. Hopefully will be able to make it here in person one of the times she headlines again in the future
