That more Hamas affiliated individuals are currently sought than Israeli means nothing in terms of political bias. It depends on what evidence they have and have acces to, what they are able to prove with that evidence, and who takes priority that woudl potentially stop further crimes from happening with the resources the Court has (not many). The fact that you judge the validity of INDIVIDUAL CRIMES by comparison to who else may have been sought after is doing so for purely political means, which the court cannot do.
