મળો 85 વર્ષનાં મંજુબહેન પટેલને જેઓ યુકેમાં લોકપ્રિય ગુજરાતી રેસ્ટોરાંમાંથી એકનાં માલિક છે. મંજુબહેનની રેસ્ટોરાં લંડનથી 77 કિલોમીટર દૂર બ્રાઇટનમાં આવેલી છે. મંજુબહેનનો જન્મ 1936માં ગુજરાતમાં થયો હતો, જન્મ બાદ તેઓ માતાપિતા સાથે યુગાન્ડા શિફ્ટ થઈ ગયાં હતાં. યુગાન્ડાથી ઈદી અમીનના શાસન વખતે જીવ બચાવવા તેઓ યુકે ભાગી આવ્યાં અને પછી બનાવી આ રેસ્ટોરાં.
