I love lifting weights and the way it makes me feel. But I never liked running. Turns out I love dancing and that is some excellent exercise that I enjoy! Even if I'm not good at it right now. I may be someday. But it brings me a joy unlike anything else.

Every martal art requires mobile hips. A knock out punch is you just squeezing glutes, and the hip moblity of a tango dancer is great. I can't imagine a judo hip throw from a tango dancer.
