The way this tournament played out was pretty important to me outside of the ending (lol). Litchi and Bang were rampant, and you had to go through one or both (a lot of Litchi Bang teams) in pretty much every match. CS1 Jin is probably one of his weakest versions + by the time nationals roll around everyone has ironed out how to fight this character. So for me, seeing my favorite player get through a sea of Bangs and then an Arakune to make finals (didn't lose any matches until finals) was what shaped my mindset about the pilot being way more important than the character.
VS Fumo, there was a malfunction and the match had to be replayed with Fumo up a round. So they let fumo take round 1 and Tetsuwo had to be down a burst to recreate similar conditions
