The Everton Spurs one was fantastic (Liverpool Fan here, remember cheering them on against UTD in the Final) But the Middlesborough v Chesterfield one was the greatest I can remember

the palace win was amazing. its a shame this didn't include the other semi final, played straight after at Maine road, united 3 -Oldham 3...….best football viewing day of my life.....they should return to that format and stop the crap Wembley semis finals!!!

Someone who only ever does retrospective commentary for old footage & not actual live matches. The original commentary was Martin Tyler & Andy Gray for Sky Sports.

Of Course Anelka wasnt actually offside when the ball left Bergkamps foot. But look at the drama we would have missed had the goal stood. Plus Utd wouldnt have done the treble

If Fowler's goal at old Trafford stood ( as it should have done) Utd would have gone out in the 3rd Round. If the 1 minute of added time that was held up in CL final actually adhered to , they wouldn't have won the CL either. They had a lot of good fortune when winning the treble

Where the hell is Middlesbrough v Chesterfield, that was a great game. Boro dominate before kinder is sent off We go 2-0 up Boro pull one back We score a third that the linesman gives but the ref controversially disallowed Boro equalise forcing extra time before scoring a third We then equalise in the last minute of extra time to force a replay. League 1 vs Premier league, 6 goals, 1 red card, 2 penalties, 1 unjustly ruled out goal and a last gasp equaliser. What more do you want?
