I actually think this was underscored. It was so stylish. I am not sure what Anton was saying, she didn’t look nervous at all. Definitely a lovely dance! Well done Rose 👏🏽

I really don't think Rose is getting enough credit for her performance here. She's achieving an incredible soft bounce by using ankles, knees and hips properly. So few contestants manage it. And Gio believing in her enough to let her stand alone.Yes, it's not perfect. It doesn't flow smoothly in some of the transitions, but I love this performance and think it's underrated.

Usually when Giovanni is dancing samba, my eyes are lock on him but here Rose grabbed all my attention!! She was fabulous! 😍 Can we take a moment to appreciate how freaking hot these two are together 🔥

This girl never disappoints. Considering that she actually can't hear makes it even more incredible. Having said that, I hope people make her win because she's good and not out of sympathy.

I am officially obsessed with these two, but the best thing for me is how Rose has given us the real Giovanni. He is so relaxed and happy with her, my heart hurts!

These two beyond deserve to win, they are absolutely amazing. Their routines and what they’re achieving together is nothing short of spectacular. The confidence and technique on Rose! She is an incredible young woman. It was the samba, a notoriously difficult dance and Rose executed it with style and sophistication. On a sidenote, they both looked gorgeous, like film stars 💛

Think Giovanni is getting the credit he deserves. This dance is daunting for someone who can hear the song especially with dancing the tricky rhythms with ease. Rose did exactly that. I agree with Craig’s point there are small 1-2 second sections where the rhythm stops and the dance doesn’t travel anywhere. If it flowed better this would have been amazing because body isolation is terrific! 8

If you watch Gio dance with, say, Debbie McGee, you see great technique. Watch him with Faye Tozer in 'The Lonely Goatherd', and you get something that you would gladly pay to see in a top-class musical. However, watch Gio and Rose together and what you get is pure magnetism and some kind of magic. Never since Torvill and Dean or Fred and Ginger has that sort of screen presence been so evident. With regard to technique - this gets better every week and their Argentine Tango was absolutely amazing

She can move. It flowed beautifully. And allowing Rose the floor shows the level of trust and belief Gio has in Rose.

Gio is really pushing Rose in her dancing. Great coverage of the floor, absolutely nothing tentative about this dance. Rose handled several changes in timing and beat value was spot on and there are many celebs who have struggled with that. This was a solid Samba, with a nice soft bounce, danced with confidence.

She's just absolutely amazing. How can she do that? Fantastic an inspiration, truly. Giovanni is clearly an excellent teacher aswell

This samba was so, so impressive! Best samba of the series so far! Something happened to Rose after receiving a perfect score in the previous week - she came out all guns blazing, her musicality was astonishing, her leg action was not far from being flawless, she was into the dance both in terms of technique, energy, rhythm and style... and she looked lovely in that dress. The key principle of the samba is keeping the moving leg bent and the other leg straight with the hip up... and Rose did exactly that! She had an error only in one step towards the end (the "Botafogo") where she did not straighten her free leg. She also was a little bit stiff in one or two places, but other than that it was simply gorgeous. She was fierce, she was totally in that lustful character of the Italian films from the 60's, her leg action was so, so impressive and into the point... it was her best Latin-American dance by MILES! RESPECT! My score: a satisfied 8!

Don’t know what Anton was watching but Rose totally owned that samba it had bounce, hips, style and class she definitely wasn’t nervous. She’s completely deaf yet keeping up with others who has had previous dance training. She’s doing so amazingly I’m deaf and I couldn’t do that in my wildest dreams. Come on Rose! Another outstanding performance from Rose and Gio, who stole my heart in week one and continue to amaze me every week. They are definitely the pair to beat, although I really hope that no one does! I loved the choreography, outfits & song/theme, and it was executed superbly. I actually didn't find it to be disjointed, as I felt that the movement of the dance matched the song perfectly. Such a great tribute to the music video and film, I'm sure Kate Hudson would be proud of this super stylish samba! Well done Rose for smashing your Latin and congratulations Gio on another magically memorable routine. You two are the best things on TV!

Normally I don't like the samba that much, but she nailed it and I really liked this different kind of samba

The music made this harder than it should have been ..it was flat so therefore made her rhythm appear flattish! Still brilliant NO MATTER WHAT .. they deserve to win !!!!...Gio has perfected her technique ,she appears to now be able to lip read him more ..what a man he is turning out to be ......Credit given where credit due ,take it all Gio ..that girl is now on fire!

Samba is hands down the hardest Latin ballroom dance with all the different rhythms and bounces - 1 a-2 3 a-4, 1 and 2 and 3 and 4, quick quick slow, slow quick quick, etc, even for a normal hearing person. For Rose to come out and be so confident and do all the rhythms correctly, she’s amazing!

Rose admitted that Latin dancing was difficult for her and she had to work harder at it. The cha cha was her least favorite dance. 💃 But this samba, one of the most difficult dances, was a masterpiece. It was a pleasant tribute to the 60s, the good part that is. What a wonderful young woman.🧍‍♀️ I hope her new television series is a big success.

I think Anton was being unnecessarily harsh in his critique, I actually thought Rose was looking really confident. She has developed so much in her Latin, you can see how much her and Gio have worked on it. She has great hip movement now and that's going to serve her really well for upcoming dances! Also, Giovanni is really focussed on showcasing her and I LOVE that about their partnership!

Omg, the samba looks so good on Rose! Smooth weight transfer, lovely bounce action, clear hip rotations...awesome! She just needed a little more impact and rhythm through the upper body for me, but what a great performance.

I don't really know what Anton was talking about her being hesitant I thought she give it great rhythm changes, lovely detailed footwork, great whisks, promanades and Samba walks she even popped her heel up in the cortajacka. It felt abit heavy at times and some of the transitions could have been smoother but the beginning and end made for nice pictures, alot of hip rotation, lovely choreography from Giovanni and a most enjoyable routine once again 😊 *9/10*
