Uh park our the discipline was developed in France, not Britain, and was based heavily on military obstacle course training... Sounds like you're the one inventing history. Even if you were right it would not make what he said about it being a rediscovery of our natural movement any more or less valid. What he said had absolutely nothing to do with where or how it came to be as a discipline.

Just the alpha. Sometimes the other ones can get a quickie in if alpha is sleeping or whatever. But if he catches them he’ll kill them or very badly hurt them and make them leave the group
