ਸਟੂਡੈਂਟਾਂ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਕੋਈ ਮਜਬੂਰੀ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੀ, ਇਹ ਘਰਾਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਵੀ ਚਾਰ ਚਾਰ ਗੁਣਾਂ ਕਰਾਇਆ ਵਸੂਲ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਆ ਸਟੂਡੈਂਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੰਮ ਕੋਈ ਮਿਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਿਹਾ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਉਪਰ ਤਾਂ ਵਿਜਟਰ ਕਬਜ਼ਾ ਕਰੀ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹੁਣ ਉਹ ਕਿਥੋਂ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਫੀਸਾਂ ਭਰਨ ਤੇ ਕਿੱਥੋਂ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਰ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਰਿੰਟ ਦੇਣ,

I think , lack of work for students is not an excuse … Everyone coming here must be capable of paying rent and fee. Their back home family must support them financially. If landlords are charging higher rents…than dont rent it, find something affordable. If you cant afford it then go move in small towns

Lol it’s called trying to help them. They aren’t greedy 4k for a house like that isn’t a bad price. At the end of the month students in shambles because they can’t find a spot to live in. That’s when people feel bad and give them a chance.
