I'm a bona fide child of the 1970s, so I've never had a problem liking the insane pop culture from that decade. The 1970s featured mockery of "good taste" and seriousness in the form of crazy alienation and guiltless extravagance. I have lots of fun watching things like this crazy "disco" segment on the Brady Bunch's variety show. 1970's pop wasn't made for the weak or the self-conscious, but for those who had (and still have) a very active sense of humor and a guilt-free love for camp.

And Peter hung in there but clearly dancing and singing is not his thing but he still looked like he was having fun. The Bradys were our favorite family so I could never hate them or pan anything they did but clearly this was not the best idea for the Bradys. However overall, I actually love this.
