I would actually really like to play in a shot-clock tournament but at his amateur level they just don't have the resources to staff and enforce the system. The pros were playing in various tournaments at the same time in the same venue, first the Las Vegas Open, then the World 10-Ball and even those events only had shot clocks on the two main TV tables the other 20 or so other pro tables had no shot clock in operation.
