Following a team meeting in the morning the City squad went through a series of tests before the intense SDS running test!
After completing the fitness tests, the squad were back out on the pitches after lunch for an afternoon session.

Major positive to have Ayman Benerous back in full training with the rest of the squad. And to also see Anis Mehmeti in there too considering he could have had another couple of weeks off after his international commitments with Albania.

@@djsimonrossprice9400 games changed can’t be reliant on basic fitness like that - it’s faster than ever and running up some hills is no doubt great base fitness but they need more than that. I think you’ll find every club does this so you can’t really disagree with it
