Mike, I appreciate the effort that you have put into the sharing of the details of this project with everyone. This episode is jam packed with useful information. Making an improvised shepherds sling with only the materials available to you at the moment is a useful skill. Being able to throw that sling I believe in a correct manner to actually hit a target is gonna require some practice. A useful project and a good way to spend some active time in camp. That briar hole in your hand is gonna be sore tomorrow. Smart of you to have some basic first aid supplies in your scout bag. We appreciate all that you do for the community who follows your channel. God bless you for your Christian witness to the world. - Tennessee Smoky

Good video brother Mike. Those briars can be like a saw blade when they grab ya. That cave looks like a good camping spot.

Well I'd sure say God lead you to that cave, with water too. My faith is strong and God leads me everyday Mike. I see it. Thanks for making the shepherds sling for us, it's a good skill to know and practice. God bless you always, you do His work. I'm sorry you brushed up on that bush making this video, but we all got a real life first aid lesson too. I'll be getting some zinc oxide!

I keep half of a thick plastic straw in my med kit with cayenne pepper in it....use for a clotting agent or dinner spice. Never heard of zinc oxide but I'll get some. Ouch.
