How are you not gonna be grab reliant with sage? Pre awa gets you killed and there aren't any real openers in awa kit. Rmb is unprotected, and I don't think its possible to cc anyone with s+lmb in my most humble opinion.

To me as it stands for right now with my general experience which isn’t much. Sage has immense neutral pressure and can poke down an opponent via damage and doesn’t need to grab or really combo. Especially with my ap. The only time I need to combo ever is an Eva meme or a super high DR target that I cannot blow up. But I’ve taken this thing to GVGe recently and I literally just 1 skill players with lightning prison from top end guilds. Almost every engagement I take 2 bodies with me every time with 1 to 2 skills. So he doesn’t need it realistically but in terms of your statement I agree with his lack of outside cc options. If they have an FG on ators spear I wouldn’t mind that but he would need to lose something as a trade cause then he has an insane catch that’s a KD
