Well if you or anyone is still wondering, players usually like a grind spot for themselves. If another player were to interfere with their grind spot, they would try to kill that player in hopes it would tell them not to come back. This guy in the video purposely takes off all of his really good armor so that the people grinding the mobs think he is just a noob/easy target. when they flag on him (toggle pvp to kill him), he quickly puts all of his god armor back on so that he doesn't die in a single hit, then fucking destroy the people who flagged on him. If you know what smurfing is, this is sort of like it. TL;DR he pretends to be a noob so other people would attack him, then he just destroys the people who attack him.

Also new, but I can tell you this much: In the current meta, the kit he is using is not the top of the line kit (Each class has 2 kits, he is using the older one that you start off with, and is generally less effective than the second one, AKA Awakening. You can read more later), and his damage output is higher than your average player. In short: He is baiting people into thinking he is weak, but rather he is much stronger than what the game tells the other players. And then wipes the floor with them.

All good we don't get mad easily, theres about 36 of us negative karma in this guild and we get Saaaaaalty rage whispers Daily and we screenie and laugh it up in discord. but we could tell yours was like joking with the grunil thing haha. 350DP all I'm to do is Pick up people with rocksmash so the guild can kill em in my hands. but with the CC patches ( only 1 grab every 5 seconds) when you V out of my Rocksmash hold-grab. that's pretty much GG :(!! Yeah.. lvl 58 Mystics with 200 AP easily kill lvl 61 wizards with 255 AP 555 Renown. Trust me.. I know... playing a wizard and quitting the game today. Been waiting for Kakao and PA fix this shit for months now. CC, Strikers, Mystics, Ninjas, Maewhas, Musas pretty much killed the game for me. Not gonna spend any more time than the 20k plus I already have. Its not worth it :(

I quit playing BDO month ago. Tamer main from the start and Kakao doesn't give a shit how broken your class is. Funny enough, Wizard/Witch are the reason I quit. Couldn't take the aoe spamming anymore and the grind overall isn't worth it tbh.

i have em set up on quick slots and try messin around with timing while moving or starting to move still cant

I put them on NUm 1-4, stopped moving, and then pressed up all right after another and it auto equips it all. When you press 1-4 fast asf, just start moving. IT pre inputs everything, Im actually stopping slightly then moving if you pay attention.

I agree, just got to level 58 from leveling at nagas but every single time some 1 with gearscore 500 bullies me out. I cant grind to get gear score to catch up. Even with 400 GS I get melted in 1 hit by literally anyone.

Because BDO is stupid with PvP. PvP it self should be a mode based on skill. Not gear. They should adopt the same system of PvP from blade and soul which does not incorporate your gear stats when pvp-ing. So it's based purely on skill when you PvP someone.

Exactly. Games like FFXIV not only make gear-stats redundant but also give you PvP specific abilities. It has its own problems, but at no point is the issue ever to do with gear or stats. When a game like BDO allows people to just wreck anyone whenever they want AND has such emphasis on AP/Renown, then where is the fun meant to be for anyone other than the people right at the top? It effects them in both PvE and PvP. Levelling, even on Olvia during XP boost, is slow once you hit 56 and trying to make that final push, so also having to constantly watch out for ganks or being bullied out of a grind spot just makes it worse. Some would argue that's how it should be - but if they honestly believe that, then they have no problem with strangling a new circulation of players. It's a very active game at the moment so that won't matter too much in the short term, but I'm seeing more complaints than praise on the forums for LOTS of things - if it ever starts pushing out players, then it won't help if the end-game is so PvP centric and people always remain with a gross advantage over new people.

with this system, it's hard for new players to actually experience the full potential of the game. and honestly i enjoy B&S more than BDO. if B&S was in asia, i would play that compared to BDO. the system BDO has allows the higher gear people shit on the lower gear, which would discourage the newer players to play the game. right now it's good that they removed PVP when fighting the boss. imagine those new players that wanted to get boss gear and the high gear players just kills you and not let you get the gear. If you watch those B&S pvp tournaments, it's a battle of the skills not battle of the gear. you can see how they change their approach to things when shit hits the roof. and it;s more enjoyable to play as you can test your skills and stuff

Glad others are starting to come around to it and agree. That's been the major issue for BDO. Its player base encourages griefing new players and not letting anyone power up. Such is the major problem with most pvp based MMO's where the PVP is open world and you can fight anyone you want at any time. There is no, "Get good," because no matter how good you are, someone with high gear score can one shot you and just straight get out of your stuns and grabs without any input on their part because of stats. There is no, "just grind until you get strong enough," because old players are bored and do nothing but gank people trying to grind until the next node war. They really need to think up a system that allows new players to get up to a level where they can defend themselves.
