Hi Tom. I am trying to become a professional football league manager. I also like many others and yourself look at every situation with a positive view however sometimes emotion just gets the better of me and I fall into the pessimistic mindset, I just wondered if it has happened to you and if so what are your strategies to get out of it? Also, you spoke about finding the people who are diamonds I called these individuals cultural architects but how do you deal with the cultural assassins (the people who do not share the same values and beliefs as yourself and try to go against the culture) if you could do a follow-up a video explaining such it would be much appreciated.
