Definitely, especially late game there's more opportunity to build mana or do high damage at any point. I beat unfair mode this morning, and it was with monsters shielding after every hit, first turn monsters self shield, and sandstorm.

He would not have killed the gnoll, gnoll takes one less damage from all sources and he didn't have the echoed cleave so it would've done 0 damage regardless of order

Alright, long form explanation, since I don't know what you don't know: The anime show "One Piece" is about pirates searching for the mythical last treasure of the last King of Pirates, known as "the One Piece". Pretty deep into the show's run, one legendary pirate, the only true rival to the old King, is mortally wounded, and his last words are to bellow "the One Piece is real", validating the pirates' search and undermining state propaganda that claimed it was a myth. It's a very over-the-top emotional yell, at a hugely emotional beat for the series, so it's very well known by One Piece fans and was a minor meme for a while. This past summer, it suddenly shifted into a bunch of new communities, as it was brought onto TikTok, and someone paid an actor from Better Call Saul (who's character is the source of the "One of the finest legal minds I ever knew" meme that NL says every other video or so) to say it in a Cameo video. This led to a bunch of new riffs on the joke, as people edited audio to make more characters or people say the line, and people added musical underscoring to emphasis the importance of the moment, causing it to explode in popularity. Why did NL say it then? Well, because he had said "one piece of the puzzle" or something like that a few seconds beforehand, and that triggered his meme brain.

I'm fairly sure you can't overkill when the last HP is stone. On mimics, whose first hp is stone, you can only deal 1 damage on the first hit no matter how many pips your attack has.

The herbalist had weaken so her heal wasn’t usable.
