Just stumbled across your channel. First of all, I LOVE your channel idea of the “Outboard Dad”! One of those things I wish I thought of I’m just getting into boating now after years of working on cars, and am finding some extremely valuable information from your videos. Keep going! With some editing touches I can easily see this channel blowing up!

Many call the 9.9 a Pennsylvania motor. Since the law on PA lakes is "under 10 hp". The dirty little secret is that a 15 hp fits in the same housing and any vendor at a PA boat show will gladly put 9.9 stickers on a 15 hp motor.
