Jeremy Corbyn implodes during fiery clash with Piers Morgan about Hamas

Former UK Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn failed, 15 times, to call Hamas a terrorist organisation during a fiery exchange with Sky News Australia host Piers Morgan.
Piers Morgan and Jeremy Corbyn spoke of the unfolding Israel-Hamas war and the horrific attacks on October 7.
They also discussed the recent pro-Palestinian protest seen in London to demand a ceasefire in the Israel-Hamas conflict.
Mr Corbyn said he does not “approve, support, or welcome Hamas”, however he failed to label them a terrorist organisation when repeatedly pressed by Mr Morgan.
“Can you say it … can you call them a terror group?” Mr Morgan questioned.
A fired-up Mr Corbyn responded by saying, “is it possible to have a reasonable discussion with you?”
Mr Morgan replied by stating, "it’s my show, you answer my question”.
“Are Hamas a terror group … answer the question,” the host continued to ask.
“I’ve asked you two questions: Should Hamas stay in power and are they a terror group?”
“You’re refusing to answer either of them - that is very telling.
“And you wonder why people think you had a problem with Jewish people.”
Mr Corbyn replied by saying, “it’s not very telling at all”.

Corbyn unequivocally condemned the terrorist atrocities committed by Hamas on 7th October. Then went onto try and discuss the even more heinous and evil slaughter of around 10,000 innocent Palestinians by Israel. The ongoing slaughter of innocent civilians through multiple war crimes, is a rather more pressing issue.

A few months ago I would have broadly supported the Palestinians but Oct 7th changed that. Any solution for peace in the region must prioritise the rule of Law. It was a very scrappy interview. [Reminds me of the infamous interview of Michael Howard and Jeremy Pacman] But Piers Morgan [for me] got him [Corbyn] into checkmate at the end when he said 'and you wonder why you had a [PR] problem with jews.' labour party during corbyns tenure was plagued with anti-Semitic accusations that wouldnt go away. I do hear everyone else's opinions in criticising piers Morgan. He did indeed conduct the interview as an interrogator [not as an impartial interviewer] set out to unearth corbyns dirty laundry. There are some views that I disagree with PMorgan away from thus interview and yes he can be overbearing at ;or of the time but I feel he done a good job this time around exposing Corbyn.

For the (ex)leader of a socialist party the man is a disgrace. He could not, or does not want to, understand the difference in intent. Hamas specifically targeted the civlians whereas Israel atracks Hamas that hides between and under civilians. The first is murder to sow terror, which makes Hamas terrorists. The second is a legal defense against warcrimes committed by Hamas, as long as Israel takes measures aiming to reduce civilian casualties, which they did and do.

Palestine has rejected statehood for 70 years - and refused on 5 different occasions. I was very confused as to why - but, it clicked for me the other day. One of the biggest mistakes they feel Jordan made, was to accept statehood - because ur demarcated their borders. Once ur borders are marked and signed - you release any claim for future land. Palestine won’t sign statehood - because they will lose any right to claim more and more land area. In their opinion, all of Israel is their land. As the Arabs said 20 years ago: No peace, no acknowledgment of Israel and no negotiations. And all the while, they take hundreds of billions in UN aid, for their “refugees” - which is caused by their unwillingness to form an official state.

Jeremy. Does this 10,000 include the 500 killed in the hospital bombing? Does it include the Palestinians who were shot dead by Hamas for attempting to flee down south? Does it include the terrorists who were killed in the war? Does it include Palestinians who died because they had no bunkers to shelter themselves as the aid they received was spent on ammunition BY THE GOVERNMENT THEY ELECTED? I totally agree it's not a political fight it's religious. I come from India and here if you appease the Islamic fanatics they don't see it as a sign of conciliation and friendship they see it as a sign of weakness and they attack you harder.
