I think Victoria's voice is at her best around the Devotion era. Don't know what happened to her voice but seems since then it got worse.

I can’t think of any one who has a voice like hers. When I first heard them I thought it might have been a male voice. Maybe Victoria Le Grand is the female Jimmy Scott!
