Beach to the Street - CONEY ISLAND SOAKER FUN - Fishing the Thunderstorm - Thunderbolt, thunderstorm call it what you may but it was a soaker. I like a good soaker. Coney Island is always fun so much to do even in the rain. Fished a bit until I was chased off the beach. Got a good soaker then grabbed a bite and hard beverages for another round. Did the topwater a bit had a strike on top and one take on the jig. I wonder if the fish were biting in the rain? Met some Gypsies. A Gypsy just know a Gypsy. They always cool with me, and Anya was way cool. Beach to the street back to the beach following the beat. Always something fun in Coney Island for everyone, rain or shine.

Hey Jerry I think we got the edge of that same storm up here around Orange Sullivan county area and it was the COLDEST rain I have ever had to run through. It was great afterwards nice and cool outside and I enjoyed the rest of the afternoon and evening just taking nice short walks. Great video! Thanks for sharing man

That beach is pretty neat, jetties of course but it is somewhat a beach enough to call it a beach but slightly leaning into mouth of a bay, mild yet churny surf with jetties best way to describe it. Have to hit it sometime this week
