Jennalyn is earning 😊 my trust with her ratings, as she’s becoming very thoughtful with her scores. She’s now quite the foodie. On the other hand 🖐️ Kevin, it seems that you are getting too generous with your ratings 😂 Hard to believe that pizza 🍕 was a 9.7 or an 8. 😅 Thanks for the interesting video.

Yes, you’re probably right BUT I prefer a thin crust that’s very crispy. This was the best thin crust pizza that I have had in a year or so. I would prefer more pepperoni, but for $6.21 🤔which would be $5.70 + tax in Houston…. I would definitely eat that in the again in the US. I don’t say that about many pizzas here

Just looked up shakey’s in the US and they’re only in California and Washington state now. I’ll definitely give it a try when I’m out there next time. Keep up the great food reviews!

I will definitely give Shakey's a try after I arrived.. I will get my Filipino fiance / wife to carry a Shaker of my homemade Cajun seasoning and a small bottle of Tabasco sriracha sauce in her purse in case I have the juice up some bad food..hehe.. I wish you would show on a map of the area where the house is located.. I would be interested in making an offer after I looked at it myself.. it has a lot of Bones.. see you all soon I hope..👍😎🤗

I love all of your videos, especially the rentals and sales videos. When you show the shower, I wish you would show the floor so we can see if it has a lip to keep the water in the shower. It will also be nice if you would put a locator on the map so we could see the location and map that you could enlarge with your fingers. Sometimes buying a house is all about location location location. Thanks for all of your videos and thanks to Jenna Lynn also.👍😎👌

I just walked by that Shakey’s Pizza today! They have been a favorite of mine here in PH since I lived in Cebu as a child in the 80’s. Lami kaayo!

That house has a lot of bang for the buck in its price range. Ate at Shakey's once, then it was closed during an expansion of the mall. Not bad pizza...

I LOVE thin crispy crust, and this was definitely that. Best thin crust that I have had in over a year

I see Shakey’s in the Philippines has US prices. But I got a question. In my time there recently I noticed that the pizzas I was ordering did not have mozzarella cheese on them. Is that the case everywhere? Is there a place there you can get a traditional tasting pizza with real mozzarella cheese?

Wow. I don’t do Pizza so I never try it. However Lulu and I eat there a few months ago. We were not impressed. They had a lot of out of stock issues. However, it was in December when Robinson’s was packed everday.

That was a super thin almost, cracker like crust…and that’s my favorite pizza. It’s the best NON brick oven pizza that I have had in a AT LEAST a year

No, foreigners aren’t allowed to have guns, or bows. Also, the Filipinos have killed EVERYTHING! There is no game warden over here. No rules, so everything has been decimated forests, fresh and salt water. It’s a shame, I live right on the beach and fishermen come behind the house with nets. They catch everything. What they don’t want like puffer fish, sea horses, etc are left dead on the beach

I have a question if u was planning to move there and u have bout 3 months before u be there and u speaking to a realtor about a property thru what'sapp and they ask for a cash deposit to reserve the place is that not a red flag.????? I really need to know. Thanks again great vid as always

I definitely would NOT do that! Just wait until you get here, or have them look for something with a “mother” title. That will take a couple of months to get that straight. There will be plenty of places for sale when you arrive. Just wait until then

That would make me believe what I thought was good, was not. Oh well I definitely saved myself from possibly being scammed. B there in 3 months. Yaaayyy. Have a great day

That is definitely a red flag and not advisable to do. You can still look and pick out several places and write the information or store it and after you arrive see if they are still available and if not, you can still look and find what you want. You are smart enough not to get scammed because you ask peoples opinions. When you ask questions and use more than one person‘s brain, your chances of getting scam are slim to none.👍😎

Not trying to be mean, However….. if you were even considering sending a cash deposit for this situation, you might not be ready to move to the Philippines, or anywhere overseas, as you sound like you may quickly end up being separated from ALL your money. 😮

@@alanaldpal950 I think the fact that the guy is asking questions is a good sign.. I think he needs to study more about where he's planning on moving.. I think they are some KZfaq channels that show the scams that the local people use in every country.. I have worked for police departments and ups and lots of security consulting outfits.. I got scammed once! Buy my ex-wife..hehe

Just divide the total peso amount by 55 and I will give you how many dollars. You could Google dollar in the Philippines and that will give you the exact amount of pesos to the dollar.😎👍👌
