Beachfront stay Juan Dolio Beach near Santo Domingo | Dominican Republic travel
Hola Familia!
This Nyc family went on a very last minute vacation to Dominican Republic. Santo Domingo to be exact. (So this is a travel vlog 2023, Not a Nyc vlog or a Brooklyn vlog-- next time Okay!! haha) We decided to Santo Domingo Dominican Republic because my grandma and mom were also coming and they haven't been in Republica Dominicana for a while. So decided to make this a baecation. We had so much fun. For starters we stayed in Zona Colonial. Zona Colonial is located in the capital- Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic. There are many things to do in Dominican Republic and this is one of them. Lots of restaurants, and the Santo Domingo nightlife is lit. went dancing, walked around, ate delicious food. Best part was seeing my grandmas house after so many years. We took a 40 min drive to Playa Juan Dolio in San Pedro de Macoris. We rented a beach front airbnb for my family and I for a few days. We almost went to Boca Chica instead but decided to check out Juan Dolio Beach.
Let me tell you it felt incredible leaving NYC for a bit because this Nyc family definitely needed it. Santo Domingo was was great, slow living with amazing vibes.
