Quick question how would an appliqué like this look on a black dress I am making a version for a black dress !

Cut out your embroidery, then simply tak on the embroidery onto your dress with a needle and thread that matches the colour. Tulle is best for applique as it does not fray when cut.

What type of tulle do you use. I cant find the right one lol

Its just regular synthetic pink tulle that you can buy at your local fabric shop. Click the link in the description, you can find tulle and other supplies on my Amazon storefront
