The whole process with not much speeding up, this is just about as smooth as it gets, text book how too if you are operating solo.
This is a 50 m warp in 2 ply lambs wool, 1520 ends

This is really interesting, and I'd never considered some of the steps that had to be done before the looms were able tho do their thing! How long have you been doing this? And where did you learn?
