I laugh so hard when that dark grey car keep changing lanes and not giving the other driver the right of way to go forward in the game. Its feels he doesn't want him to pass. He just kept blocking him.🤣 0:47

It would be cool if it was a mod but its not! But what you can do is go into camera in options and enable "Relative". When you switch to that cam in game you can move it with WASD keys, right click on mouse to turn, and change FOV with Shift + Page up/down keys. I move the cam manually when recording and add sounds in post.
