4-5 star anise
2 tbsp Sichuan peppercorn
8 ginger slices
5 cloves of garlic
2 stalks of cilantro
1/2 an onion
2 stalks of scallion
2 tbsp Shaoxing wine
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
Water- enough to almost cover the meat
1 tsp salt
1 rock sugar (about a size of half an egg)

2棵 芫荽
1/2 個洋蔥
2棵 蔥
2湯匙 紹興酒
3湯匙 生抽
2 湯匙 老抽
清水 - 差不多蓋過牛腱
1 茶匙 鹽
1粒 冰糖 (半個雞蛋的大小)
