I won't lie, I'll be happy to see the back of 'Veganuary' but when I heard that Burgers & More, a restaurant I did a ludicrously tasty food challenge at years ago, was offering a special vegan tower burger challenge to celebrate the launch of their new menu this month, I couldn't really pass it up.
They also have a regular meaty tower burger called The Stratosphere, if you feel like having a crack yourself...It's a pay to play, so no free meal, but their menu is wacky as hell so it's well worth ordering.

Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.
