Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the ‘But How Come You're Not Fat' and 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' videos available on my channel.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

Evening all! Tonight’s video is for those of you who love the feature length epics. I took some time off to get ready for my trip to Canada (which is currently where I am) but I’ll be back this time next week on Thursday at 7pm UK time, joined by Sister Beard! Sorry, mate, but Wimpy (which is now headquartered in South Africa) was founded in *Bloomington, Indiana in 1934.* J. Lyons & Co. bought a license to open Wimpy locations in the UK but eventually bought out the entire original company. Peaking at about 1500 locations, Wimpy saw a decline and changed hands several times. Then a repeat of history, Famous Brands who had a license for Wimpy in South Africa, bought out the whole chain.

No! Just...no! Split screens belong in the early 2000's movies or a guy Ritchie flash or Peter Griffin flashback, so, like I said, just no. And months on.....I'm glad it didn't happen either it was a terrible idea so thankfully it wasn't given a go.

Saffa here ( South African) tomorrow we celebrate our heritage day , which is an official holiday. Wimpy is alive and well and def part of our history . So many memories there and making new ones with the next generation. ( I think we have one in pretty much every shopping centre)

Adam I had a suggestion. Parks and Recreation has Ron Swanson ordering a number 8 from a cafe. It's a meat platter that feeds 12 people and Leslie says he can eat it in four minutes. Look into it if you're inclined but I'd love to see you attempt that!

@beardmeatsfood tip for thick milkshakes if you blow gently down the straw not strong enough to explode it but just bubble it. It will loosen up the milkshake enough to make it drinkable 👍🏻

I'm sure this question has been in a Q&A video at some point,but being very new to your channel,but have been watching many other competitive eaters for years. Do you enjoy say a Date night? A very regular meal and not take it as some kind of challenge? This is by far one the most relaxed videos I have watched from you by far. I'm Canadian and the way u described. Tim Hortons was amazing. There's a donut that got discontinued. That was the only one better than an apple fritter and it was the walnut crunch. If you ever get the chance you definitely have to try that. Delicious Canadian donut by the way, your content is amazing as a fellow bearded man. Keep it growing and keep up the great work. thank you for sharing the same sentiment i have about the texture of wimpy's burgers, they are completely unique to this country as they are what we call 'burger van burgers'. the closest example to give to someone who's never tried them are sausage patties, like you'd get in a mcmuffin. the gastronomic reason as to why they're very similar is due to how they're formed. when making sausage, salt is mixed in with the meat to create an emulsion, which is what creates that springy, heavily bonded texture, which is the same process that goes into making any burger patty that is sold out of a van in this country. whereas the traditional method of making burgers is to never salt your mixture, but to salt the exterior once the patty has been formed.

Recently we were in Vienna. The home of the schnitzel! They served schnitzel with cranberry sauce. The tropical chicken burger reminded me of this. You should try Vienna some day. The food in Austria is flipping amazing!! Love your channel by the way!

That was really good video. I enjoyed the parts where it just cut to you talking, it’s new and think you should do that more in these types of videos. I’m Midwestern Canadian,Tim Hortons is disgusting. They sold out their blend 15 years ago and McDonald’s bought it up. Ever since Timmys got sold to Americans it’s been downhill.

as one of your few canadian viewers i gotta say im happy the standard is about the same in the UK but you should definitely try more savoury things. my personal favourite is the farmers breakfast wrap but everything else is pretty good as well.
