I'll be honest...Tik Tok isn't my kinda thing...but when I heard about this 'Four Course Challenge' I thought it might be fun to try and recreate it, only with no dancing, more courses and of course...more calories...
Also, I felt the need to get out of the house and film something with a slightly more loose and long form vibe. I hope you enjoy it and I'll catch you for the next episode this Sunday at 7pm GMT!

Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the ‘But How Come You're Not Fat' and 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' videos.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

These TikTok kids can’t do anything right. Four courses? What kind of challenge consists of just four courses? Fourteen sounds more like my kind of speed... Tonight’s video is a bit of a change of pace, by which I mean it’s a tacky gimmick, but I hope you enjoy it anyway! The Royal chicken sandwich is known as the Original chicken sandwich in the US. Back in the 80’s or 90’s for a limited time that had what was called the American chicken sandwich where they added American cheese and tomato, awesome sandwich!!! You can still get it if you ask them to add cheese and tomato to your Royal chicken sandwich or Original here in the US. Yes I know the video is 2 years old.

Hey Adam! Speculoos is dutch! It comes from the word Speculaas, thats a cookie in the Netherlands made with warm spices like cinnamon and glove. And speculoos is a spread made with the same spices.. so the cookie for spreading. Cheers from the Netherlands

I’m from the UK, I went to Nederlands over the Sinterklaas week to embrace the culture of Nederlands rather than judging it through a controversial article that the UK media like to publish every year. I’m not sure if you feel similarly but Kruidnoten for me tastes better than Speculaas even though they’re basically the same just a different shape and size lol. Also Schuimpjes are amazing too. I wanna go back 😢

That savory beef pie is like the Canadian Tortiere. Which is served warm with gravy and or ketchup. Delicious. The crust is usually much more flaky. 😊
