Game Trail Camera Videos - Northwoods

This collection of game trail cam video clips was taken in the northern woods of Wisconsin. Bears near the Nicolet National Forest - Trail Camera (2022)
Some of the common wildlife in the area include: Black Bears, Wolves, Badgers, Bobcats, Fox, Whitetail Deer (including Huge Bucks!), Fisher, Turkeys, Grouse, Owls, Hawks, Flying Squirrels, and the elusive mountain lion, moose, and well, sasquatch/bigfoot! We've only captured one black bear, and it was for a split second!! Nice capture!!

That’s how it initially started out with me too and then one summer we saw like 20 videos of them! Haha

Great footage! No bears in my area, if I encountered a bear? Well...I hope I never do! Your last question...hmmmmmmmm. naa the bear with cubs definitely meaner 😆

@@tnwildcam Yes, a couple times but they were relatively a good distance away. Black bears tend to shy away from humans. I never spooked a bear, that can be dangerous. I just tend to be loud going to check my cameras so I don't surprise them.

Wow great footage of those bears! We certainly don’t see any of those on our trail cameras in the UK! 😂

Wow that's a lot of bears and I didn't see any going after the camera. 😊 I've had them destroy bee hives and get on the porch to eat bird seed but haven't seen them up close yet. They do show up on the trail cams abit.

It seems like we're seeing more and more each year on our trail cameras. They never bothered my cameras but I do hear they tend to break them from time to time. We're thinking of getting some bee hives soon but we'll need to set up some sort of electric fence around the hives.

@@GameTrailCameraVideos I really enjoyed bee keeping. Several hobbies in one. Woodworking to make the hives and frames. Swarm catching and capturing hives out of buildings and trees. Processing the honey..... Not able to do that where I'm at right now. Electric fence is definitely the way to go around bears. 😊

@@arectechafterwork9772 We saw some bee hives on Amazon that are being marketed as low maintenance. How often would I need to check in on a hive? Is it something that I can check in occasionally or would I need to check in a few times a week?

@@GameTrailCameraVideos A beginner is prone to checking the hives way too often and that can be a bad thing. Don't really need to mess with them much at all other than adding suppers and taking honey off. I would read up on it a lot, join a beekeepers group and watch videos on it. If you can get into a group, they will probably be more than willing to help you get started.
