Yes. Triceratops, along with other ornithischian dinosaurs like Stegosaurus, was found to be cold blooded. Theropods like Tyrannosaurus and sauropods like Brachiosaurus were by contrast found to be warm blooded. The earliest dinosaur ancestor was apparently warm blooded, but many if not most herbivorous dinosaurs such as ceratopsians, hadrosaurs and armored dinosaurs developed more reptilian metabolisms as they evolved. Why is still a mystery, but it's fascinating.
