❤ It's innevetiable for someone to eventually even with progressing in strength. But that's why I do it. To spread the sport and the few that can and do beat me I can ideally get to join my team and have very strong training partners.

Most potential I'd need more time with them to find out. The Boxer shocked me the most and felt the strongest. In the gym I replicate arm wrestling lifts only of I couldn't find time to armwrestle. For that I do wrist curls, pronation, radial deviation amd supination. Also pullups and rows help

I Can do some training videos forsure. I have only lost doing this challenge once last year. Howver Many pro armwrestlers can beat me that have been doing it longer and are very conditioned and strong

I'm still looking for those myself but for a ton of old school videos there's a guy named Gary Robert's releasing all the old footage of greats like John Brzenk and many more on his channel called armtv

Despite beliefs of this method not being arm strength it's more arm strength than the method ir referring to. What ur referring to used more bone torque which is why their os more arm breaks. This uses more muscle with proper form to prevent arm breaks. Leaning is allowed because ur arm needs to hav the strength to move with the Lean. If it's weak ir arm will just not move with ur body. Grab a wall amd lean ur body ur arm stays their cause it's not strong enough.

That's a good way to hurt yourself. There's a reason the sport of Armwrestling is set up this way.
